Wild Joy Games Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wild Joy Games, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Standard Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

• If severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures, etc.) makes it unsafe or unfeasible to proceed, Wild Joy Games will reschedule your event at no additional charge.
• Customers will be notified as early as possible in the event of a weather-related cancellation.
• If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a Wild Joy Games credit for a future booking.
